As I was going through my makeup collection, I noticed I had quite a few great products from L’oreal that I haven’t used in a while, so I thought that would be a great brand to feature this week. What products have you been loving from L’oreal lately?
L’oreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder in the shade 310 Light Ivory
I recently talked about this in my Top Five Products for Spring and Summer post, so please check that out for more info. Just as a recap, this is a great foundation for summer, it gives very nice coverage, it’s a nice mattifier and you can just apply it with your fingertips. Super easy and nice to use.
L’oreal 24hr Infallible Eye Shadow in the shade 759 Burst Into Bloom
First of all, this color is perfect for Pantone’s Color of the Year, Radiant Orchid. Secondly, it’s just beautiful. I’ve found that if you get your brush wet first and then dip it into the product, you get more color payoff. I like using this all over my lid, and then I add either a dark purple or maybe a brown in my crease to further define my eye.
L’oreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara
I had forgotten how much I love this mascara, so I think I’ll start using it more now. This mascara is super dark, and I love how it makes my lashes look. It gives great volume and length, and it’s just a great drugstore mascara.
L’oreal Double Extend Eye Illuminator Eyeliner in the shade Black Quart
I really like this product because it’s like two eyeliners in one: one side has a purple that I like to use on my upper lashline, and the other side has a light cream shade that looks great on the lower lashline. I feel like the combination of these two eyeliners make my eyes look more awake, and they’re just very simple and great.
L’oreal Lash Out Butterfly Mascara
This is another great drugstore mascara that really does a great job of giving your lashes great volume. I think this also does a great job of really defining and spreading your lashes out, and I never have problems with this clumping on me.
