Hello, beauties!
A few months ago I finally got my first Vox Box from Influenster, and I was so excited! The theme was #FrostyVoxBox, and all the products are all supposed to help you get through the cold winter nights (and since I live in North Dakota, that’s pretty much all the time). So let’s take a look at what I got and what my thoughts are so far!
Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover
What Influenster says: Gently removes all eye makeup, including long lasting and waterproof makeup, with no oily residue.
What I say: This eye makeup remover worked okay for me, but it had trouble removing my mascara sometimes, even if it wasn’t waterproof. It removed my eyeliner and eyeshadow just fine, though. I don’t think I’d buy this in the future, though, because it does leave a bit of an oily residue, at least on me, and that kind of stings my eyes.
NYC Expert Last Lip Color: Sugar Plum

What I say: This is a really nice lipstick! I haven’t really tried anything from NYC before, so I was excited to see this in the box. It’s a nice medium-toned pinky peach that I think would look great on just about anybody, and it does feel really creamy and smooth on your lips. It’s a good every day, standard lipstick that’s more than a typical nude pink.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner
What Influenster says: Gives insttant colour impact with its high intensity pigments. This ultra-smooth and creamy formula glides on easily.
What I say: I LOVE this liner! Since I got this box, I’ve been using this to tightline just about every single day. It’s a great dark black liner that stays put all day. Not much else to say besides I love it!
McCormick Gourmet Thyme

What I say: Honestly, I haven’t had the chance to use this yet, but I can’t wait to try it in a few new recipes soon!

What I say: I didn’t think I would like this brush as much as I do, so I was pleasantly surprised! I love EcoTools face and eye brushes, so I’m glad I like their hairbrushes now, too. This works really well for smoothing out my hair, both wet or dry. It works really well when blowdrying your hair as well.
Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea

What I say: I’m relatively new to tea, so I wasn’t sure if I’d like this or not, but it was delicious! I added a little bit of sweetener when I brewed it, but even without it it smelled and tasted amazing. This is the perfect tea for wintertime because it smells minty and is very refreshing. I’d definitely buy this when the holiday teas come out again!
Fruit Vines Bites

What I say: These were delicious and didn’t last long after I took this picture. I got the strawberry flavor, and they were very soft and chewy. I can tell these would be dangerous if I bought them in the future because I would just eat them right away. So good!
No7 Protect & Perfect Advanced Serum
What Influenster says: This clinically proven serum is even more effective at reducing the appearance of fine lines for younger looking skin in just two weeks.
What I say: This serum made my face feel very soft and smooth! It absorbed into my skin very quickly and easily, and I really liked it.
